We offer moisture barriers that can be applied to the surface to withstand high hydrostatic pressure as well as repellants and densifiers to harden, dust proof and stop moisture transmission. There is no "One product for every situation" when it comes to resin concrete floor coatings.

Floor Masters takes the time to understand your requirements and can offer advice on suitable options to meet your flooring performance and cost requirements.

BUT - there is one product that we turn to the most - SPARTACOTE.

Spartacote manufacture Sparta-flex, which is a Polyaspartic resin with many benefits over older resin systems.

  • Faster install - only requires 1-2hrs between coats (most other products are 8-24hrs)
  • Faster return to use - only requires 2-6hrs before light use (other systems are 24-48hrs)
  • Faster return to full use - only requires 24hrs (other systems are up to 7 days)
  • Low or No VOC's - safe to be applied next to operating production areas.
  • Low or No solvent formulations in range.
  • Higher abrasion resistance - 3-5 times greater than other systems.
  • Higher heat resistance - up to 148 Deg C (other systems are 50-60 Deg C)
  • Higher Chemical Resistance - We also allow clients to test their own chemicals on samples.
  • New Anti-microbal formulation available.
  • UV Stable - will not discolour or degrade with UV exposure.
  • Better gloss retention - other systems scratch up more quickly.
  • Range of slip reduction additives.
  • Range of decorative media - Quartz and Flake in various colour blends.
